BACKGROUND

Jill began her career in IT Project Management and Business Analysis, working with leading multinational organisations including CapGemini and General Electric. These roles equipped her with a strong foundation in managing complex projects, stakeholder engagement, and delivering results in high-pressure environments.

Alongside her corporate experience, she has also been deeply involved in church life, gaining valuable insight into the workings of local parishes and diocesan structures. Her time working with Blackburn Diocese gave her a solid understanding of Diocesan processes and the unique challenges faced by church communities.

Most recently, Jill served as Project Manager for a major redevelopment initiative at a local church. This multifaceted role involved coordinating with diverse stakeholders, managing timelines, overseeing faculty submissions, and successfully securing grant funding from multiple sources. Through this experience, she became increasingly aware of the gap in project management expertise within many churches—an insight that has inspired her commitment to helping faith communities bring their visions to life.
